Parents and PTAs
Howard County Library System recognizes that parents are key to a child's academic progress and success. Our goal is to inform parents how HCLS supplements and enhances a student's education.

HCLS instructors are available to outline the content of A+ Curriculum classes of interest at PTA meetings and events.
