Delaware becomes the thirteenth state to host a copy of Pay the Piper. Copies of Pay the Piper have now been registered in thirteen states: Delaware, California, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Virginia. This week’s registrations have also taken us past another milestone. Copes of Pay the Piper have now been registered 250 times since Pass the Book 2011 began last October:
