The Howard County Book Connection seeks to connect our community through shared learning experiences that promote productive dialogue, critical thinking, and intellectual enrichment. In partnership with Howard Community College (HCC) and Howard County Poetry and Literature Society, this educational initiative encourages HCC students and community members to read the featured book selection and to participate in a variety of thematically related classes and events during the academic year, including author presentations, book discussions, lectures, film screenings, and performances.
