the United States. This bold, warm, and spicy spice blend allows
you to taste a bit of Jamaican paradise on a plate. Join medical
sociologist and Jamaican-born chef Michelle Beadle Holder, Ph.D.,
as she shares a brief history of Jamaican jerk seasoning and how
to make a spice blend to suit your taste preference. You will also
learn about the potential health benefits of using jerk to flavor healthy eating plates.
