Borrowing restrictions based on library card type may apply.

1. Select topics from the list of Bundle Bag categories.
2. Type in your library card barcode and press <Enter>.
   Forgot your barcode or username?
3. The information associated with your barcode should automatically populate the remaining fields. If it does not, please re-type your barcode.
4. Please make sure that all contact information is correct.
5. Re-type your email address.
6. Select the branch where you will go to pick up your Bundle Bag.
7. Select the date and time you wish to make your pickup.
8. Submit the form. If an email address was entered into the form, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled date and time.
9. If you are unable to pick up your Bundle Bag on the scheduled date, you will have three additional days without making a new appointment.
