Look for the PopUp library at festivals, events, and other gatherings throughout Howard County. Our team will lend books and materials, provide information about library classes and events, and create engaging experiences.
When the van is not On the Road to Kindergarten, look for it out in the community. If you would like to invite the PopUP Library to your event which occurs after 6 pm during the week or anytime on the weekends, complete this form. Staff will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.
