All branches of Howard County Library System will close Sunday, August 31, and Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. Passport services will not be available at East Columbia and Glenwood on September 1.

New hours at all HCLS branches begin Tuesday, September 2: Monday–Thursday 9 am – 8 pm, Friday–Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm.
