All branches of Howard County Library System will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27, in observance of Thanksgiving. Branches remain closed Thursday and Friday, reopening Saturday, November 30. Passport services will not be available at East Columbia and Glenwood on November 27-28.
