Teen Read Week! Picture It!

Picture It! Teens reading for any number of reasons during teen read week logo Teen Read Week from October 16 – 22!

Howard County Library System is celebrating:

Google Art: Explore museums across the world with a scavenger hunt through
googleartproject.com, at Elkridge Branch on Monday, Oct. 17 from 4:30 – 5:30 pm.

Re-cover That Book: Design and create a new cover for your favorite title, then add your
creation to a branch display, at Savage Branch on Thursday, October 20 from 7 – 8:30 pm.

Peep Takeover: Design a diorama of your favorite book using Peeps! Finished dioramas will be
displayed in the branch, at Glenwood Branch on Saturday, October 22 from 2 – 4 pm.

We will also celebrate the end of Pass the Book with a Lock-in at East Columbia Branch on Friday,
October 14 from 7 – 9:30 pm (permission slip required).

Encourage your students to register for any or all of these events via hclibrary.org!
