There are three ways for you to keep track of materials you borrow.
You may receive a receipt at checkout that lists each title and its due date. Please use this receipt to remind yourself when the materials are due.
You may review due dates and renew materials by calling TelAccount, 410.313.7810. You will be prompted to enter your library card number, found under the barcode on your card, and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to access your library account information.
You may also access this information by clicking on the My Account link from any page of our web site. If you have forgotten your PIN, please try the Have your PIN/password emailed to you link on the login page. A successful login will enable you to view the items you currently have checked out with due dates, overdue items, reserved items waiting to be picked up, pending requests, and outstanding fines. From this page, you may also renew items, provided there are still renewals left, they are not overdue, and no other customers are waiting for them. This information can be accessed at any time. You will be asked to enter your library card number/username and PIN/password whenever you log in to your account.
Changing Your Personal Information
You can change your personal information, by logging in and clicking the “Change Account Information” button.
If you wish to log into your account with a username instead of your library card barcode number, log into your account using your barcode and PIN or password. Then click on Change Logon > Change Username > type the username you wish to use > type the username again and click Submit.
Lost library cards
Please report lost or stolen cards immediately to your branch. The lost card will be deactivated and a new card issued to you.
