Come into any library branch to write – or drop off – your letter to Santa or note of holiday cheer. Drop off your letter by December 22 so we can make sure to deliver it on time.
All branches of Howard County Library System will close Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Passport services will not be available at East Columbia and Glenwood on July 4.

Summer Sundays: Central Branch and Miller Branch are open Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm. All other HCLS branches are closed on Sundays through August 31.
