I heard about an act of vandalism that occurred at the Harriet Tubman Building, and it was noted that it appeared to be a deliberately targeted act with racism as the motivator. I learned for the first time about the existence of this enterprise, and it struck me as how out of the ordinary it must be for someone to go out of their way in a planned and determined way to take this action.
